Kelle Sparta sold 25 houses her first year in the business and was a top producing agent for over six years in the Connecticut marketplace. She served on her regional board (ECAR) and was her board's representative to the state board (CAR). She was the first Accreditied Buyer's Representative (ABR) in southeastern Connecticut, and also earned her GRI designation. She has been the Director of Recruitiment and Training for both Carriage House Realty in East Lyme, CT and for ERA Key Realty Services in Metrowest Boston (serving nine offices). She is a certified trainer for Mind Empowerment International as well as for ERA's AccelERAtion program.

Kelle believes that people skills are the key to both doing well and feeling confident in this business. As a result, she has written and published a book, The Consultative Real Estate Agent, that teaches agents how to understand their clients better. Kelle is available to speak at conventions, meetings, and events across the country.

LaToiya is a recent graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Political Science. She is an alumnus of the POSSE Foundation, an organization that recruits merit-based scholars and puts them through team-building, diversity and personal growth training to create "POSSES" of 10. These groups of students serve as a catalyst for increased individual and community development on their respective campuses and in the world. La Toiya brings her knowledge and experiences gleaned through this foundation to her position as a customer service representative. Her goal is to work with clients to provide customer service that is nothing short of excellent.
