  • Managed $600,000 annual advertising budget and staff for BankBoston’s First Community Bank to achieve consistent marketplace visibility New England-wide in the voice of the consumer.
  • Directed marketing programs which strongly contributed to business unit exceeding 100% of divisional sales goals in all three states (MA, RI, CT), including Deposit Products, Investments, Small Business, and Consumer Finance (175% of ‘95 goal; 178% of ‘96); sought out unique local opportunities to drive volume.
  • Managed successful integration of direct mail and follow-up outbound telemarketing campaigns.
  • Managed small staff of marketing services professionsls.
  • Created corporate identity within the bank and the community, including development of corporate website.
