In today's mmarket, new agents have more to learn than ever before and brokers have less time to teach them. This is where we come in.

Training Philosophy
We believe in teaching agents how to understand their clients and what their role is as an agent in a transaction. If agents understand their job and their clients, they are much more likely to succeed - and they know it. The agents who come out of this program universally point to an increased confidence level as one of their primary reasons for success.

This is NOT a script-based program. Kelle Sparta, author of The Consultative Real Estate Agent, uses the techniques from her book to teach agents how to understand not only how the transaction works, but what is going on in the mind of the client. When an agent can understand his role in the transaction and what the client is likely to think and expect of him, then he is uniquely prepared to handle any contingency. Kelle doesn't teach agents to be just like her, she teaches them how to make the most of who they are, and that is the difference that gives her students the confidence to get started selling faster.

Addressing Agents' Fears
There is an entire section in this program that teaches agents what to expect emotionally as they go through the start-up phase of their business. It offers them tips and tools to get through the tension of being out of their comfort zone. This helps them to move through the fear and into action.

Program Details
This program is an online course in streaming audio with a downloadable workbook. Because these classes are recorded, agents can listen to the classes on their timeframe. They have 45 days to complete the training. There are 12 hours of audio files included with this program. That is the equivalent of eight full days in the classroom.
